Reciting the Qur\u2019an is a highly recommended act in Islam, and it is considered one of the best actions that one can perform with their tongue.<\/p>\n

There are numerous virtues associated with teaching and reciting the Qur\u2019an. For instance, the Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) said that the best Muslims are those who learn the Qur\u2019an and teach it to others. Moreover, reciting even a single letter from the Qur\u2019an can earn a person a great reward, which is multiplied tenfold.<\/p>\n

Additionally, those who memorize and recite the Qur\u2019an with skill are promised a high status in the afterlife. The Prophet (PBUH) stated that those who recite the Qur\u2019an while having memorized it will be in the company of noble angels, while those who recite it with difficulty will receive double the reward. Furthermore, it is believed that the number of levels in paradise is equal to the number of verses in the Qur\u2019an, and those who recite the entire Qur\u2019an will reach the highest level in paradise.<\/p>\n

Teaching the Qur\u2019an to one’s children is also highly rewarded, as it is believed to bring great honor and blessings to one’s parents. In fact, the Prophet (PBUH) said that those who read, learn, andact upon the Qur\u2019an will place a crown of light on their parents, and clothe them in garments of honor.<\/p>\n

In the afterlife, the Qur\u2019an will intercede for its recitors, and their acts of fasting and reciting it will be a means of intercession for them. Gathering to recite and study the Qur\u2019an with others in mosques is also highly beneficial, as it brings about tranquility, mercy, and the company of angels.<\/p>\n

In conclusion, the virtues of reciting and teaching the Qur\u2019an are numerous and highly rewarded in Islam. Therefore, it is important for Muslims to make an effort to learn, memorize, and recite the Qur\u2019an, and to teach it to others, especially their children.<\/p>\n
